    False. Physical location of customers has little to do with it. When a single business exists in a location, it only generates a limited amount of business. but when several businesses go into the same location, then it creates a shopping center that generates much more patronage. Which is why shopping malls exist. Not because the clothing store is at "NASH" with the ice cream shop – but because they both mutually benefit from establishing a well-known shopping center that draws more customers.
